Conditions of participation at raffle/sweepstake

Our following entry conditions and terms apply:

  • By entering the raffle/sweepstakes the participant accepts our conditions of participation.
  • The raffle is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored or organised by Facebook or Instagram.
  • Organisator is the AUGUSTIN QUEHENBERGER GROUP GMBH. Recipient of the information provided by you is the AUGUSTIN QUEHENBERGER GROUP GMBH.
  • Participation in the raffle/competition is possible in the period from 17.07.2026  to 22.07.2026.
  • One winner will be raffled.
  • Participation is via a comment on this Facebook, Instagram post or direct message: Several likes or comments are counted as one single entry.
  • Participants have to be a follower of our Facebook and Instagram fanpage.
  • Comments that violate the Facebook guidelines, Austrian law and/or copyright will be removed without notice. The participant is thus excluded from the competition.
  • The winners will be picked random.
  • Participation is open to persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation.
  • Each participant may only participate under their own name and by fully and truthfully indicating the requested data.
  • Participants agree to be announced on our business site with their name in connection with the competition/raffle.
  • The winners  will be mentioned after the draw in the comments thread of the raffle/lottery posting.
  • Personal messages will be sent to contact the winners, who will then receive further information on how to handle the prize.
  • AUGUSTIN QUEHENBERGER GROUP GMBH shall not be responsible or liable  for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in  transmission, or technical error.
  • Each winner must reply  within 14 days via messenger and accept the prize via written confirmation. If a winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be drawn and the winner loses his/her prize. The profit claim is non-transferable. After successful feedback from the respective winner, the prizes will be sent by mail.
  • AUGUSTIN QUEHENBERGER GROUP GMBH will only collect, process, save or otherwise use the data entered during the raffle / sweepstakes in connection with the raffle/sweepstakes.
  • For the purpose of the draw and processing raffle prizes AUGUSTIN QUEHENBERGER GROUP GMBH or a third party commissioned for this purpose is entitled to collect and store the data necessary for this purpose and to forward it to the respective cooperation partner, who is also entitled to store the data for the purpose mentioned above. The data will be treated confidentially.  After completion of the raffle/sweepstakes personal data will be deleted.
  • AUGUSTIN QUEHENBERGER GROUP GMBH reserves the right to terminate the raffle/sweepstake at any time. This applies in particular if due to technical reasons (for example, through manipulation of the raffle), proper execution is not guaranteed.
  • Prizes are non-transferable. A cash payment of any profits can not be made. The legal process is excluded.
