Quehenberger Logistics uses as a future-oriented company the advantage of digitalisation in Human Resources. The plan is to get rid of forms and files and rather achieve more transparency and easier handling. The focus is on the redesign of the professional job profiles. Logistics is continuosly in motion and therefore specialists are needed who take part at professional trainings and stay flexible and up-to-date at work.

Quehenberger Logistics is taking the digital path in the field of training and further education and has developed Spedifort "Q eLearning", its own eLearning platform for all employees throughout Europe. In order to make know how, additional training, processes, tools and further education even more efficient and easier for all employees to access. Q eLearning and thus training and further education is integrated into everyday work at Quehenberger. In addition, knowledge can be acquired anytime and anywhere with the associated eLearning app.

Q eLearning and thus further education is fully integrated in the daily work routine.
A high added-value is also the flexibility to constantly update and expand learning content.

The tool is easy to use and versatile. Quehenberger relies on multi-stage training in order to consolidate the absorption of knowledge - every training course has a warm-up beforehand and afterwards an after-action, usually in form of a short quiz to consolidate new knowledge.
