PRESS NEWS: Quehenberger Logistics acquires parts of ZZ-Agentur Stoll in Tyrol
Quehenberger Logistics, part of the Geis Group, will take over the operational business of ZZ-Agentur Stoll Gesellschaft m.b.H. Transporte KG, based in Vomp, on October 1st, 2025. The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities. With this strategic acquisition, Quehenberger Logistics is specifically strengthening its presence and performance in the Tyrol region.
As part of the takeover, 24 qualified employees and the Vomp site in Tyrol will be integrated into the Quehenberger organisation. The existing resources and capacities of ZZ-Agentur Stoll will enable Quehenberger to provide high-quality logistics services directly on site and to handle specialised business for its customers reliably and efficiently.
The integration will be seamless within Quehenberger Logistics' existing structures. Customers will benefit from expanded service capacities, regional proximity and the proven expertise of a leading logistics service provider.
