10 potentials from seven countries - from Russia to Austria to Macedonia – have been selected to attend the first international in-house training, the "Young Professional Program".
During 18 months, these Young Professionals will study in different modules topics such as efficient quality management, negotiate in a target-oriented manner or how to coordinate international projects. The ongoing digitalisation will also play an essential role in this training.

Besides professional training and personal development, networking with all branch offices is of major importance because managers of tomorrow are expected to make new contacts, broaden their internationsl networking relations and to use these short lines of communication in daily business routine.
An approach, which has proven its effectiveness. At the very beginning, Quehenberger Russia developed a program how to improve the integration and communication of Quehenbergers brand values. This is how professionals act!

After having completed the training with a university certificate, the Young Professionals can apply their theoretical knowledge in practise as executives or professional experts, respectively.
