Investing in the future.

Our Educational Programmes

In order for us to be able to keep fulfilling our customers’ requirements in the future, we educate our employees by way of several well-conceived educational programmes.

We count on education and training

We’re convinced that the biggest potential of a company lies in its employees. That’s why Quehenberger Logistics invests in the education and training of its experts. Career starter or experienced specialist: We offer attractive opportunities for development to our team members in 15 countries.

The Young Generation Program for Apprentices offers comprehensive specialised and methodological as well as social training for our youngest employees.

  • Duration of the programme: 3 to 4 years
  • Contents: various modules with inhouse and external coaches
  • Mobility Programme: To foster foreign language skills and independence, our apprentices get to spend a month abroad.

Young Professional Program

In our Young Professional Program, employees are educated by competent executives and experts in collaboration with universities. Upon completing the educational programme, participants receive a university certificate. The contents are structured as various modules and immersion courses and limited to five iterations. Participants acquire skills in the areas of management, business administration, presentation and project management, negotiation and quality management.

“With this educational programme, we want to identify and foster young talents so that they can later assume responsibility within the company.“
Klaus Hrazdira, COO Quehenberger Logistics

Training for Coaches

Our inhouse training for coaches facilitates the highest level of quality in all matters of education. Professional coaches teach our apprentice appointees specialised knowledge about the basics, law and pedagogy regarding vocational training. They also have the option of becoming a certified “apprentice coach” as part of this programme. Additionally, participants can attend an “Educators’ Day” where they can discuss the topic of vocational training, develop new ideas and network.

You have questions about our educational programmes or would like to become actively involved in the area of vocational training? Our staff at the HR department will be happy to provide you with further information!
