Young Generation Program

The Young Generation Program offers our apprentices and trainees comprehensive training that strengthens technical know-how, methodological skills, and social competencies equally – for optimal preparation for their professional future.

  • Training duration: 3 to 4 years
  • Content: Diverse modules, delivered by internal and external trainers
  • Mobility program: To promote language skills and personal responsibility, our apprentices and trainees can complete a one-month assignment abroad

Young Professional Program

The Young Professional Program, in collaboration with leading universities, specifically prepares our employees for responsible positions as managers or subject matter experts. The modular training is taught by both academic specialists and internal experts and concludes with an official university certificate. Participants acquire comprehensive knowledge in the areas of leadership, business administration, presentation skills, project management, negotiation, and quality management. This enables them to pursue targeted personal and professional development and build sustainable career prospects within the company.

Leadership Program

The Leadership Program is a central training initiative specifically designed to sustainably strengthen the leadership competencies of our managers. Based on clearly defined leadership guidelines, the program ensures that all managers receive the necessary qualifications to fulfill their roles responsibly and effectively. In close collaboration with internal and external trainers, key topics such as leadership style and ethics, communication, change management, motivation, sales, and HR tools are taught in a practical manner.

Q Operations Program

The Q Operations Program is aimed at all employees in operational functions and was developed to systematically impart practical knowledge and essential skills for everyday work. The program comprises twelve modules – nine of which are basic modules and three specialized modules – that are delivered over a period of one year. By employing a balanced mix of internal and external trainers, we ensure diverse perspectives and in-depth specialist knowledge. The training courses take place at various locations to provide participants with comprehensive insights into the company and promote the exchange of experiences.

Instructor training

Our internal instructor training program ensures the highest quality in all training processes. Professional trainers impart specialist knowledge on the fundamentals, legal aspects, and pedagogy of vocational training to our apprentice and trainee representatives. Certification as an apprentice coach is also possible within this framework. In addition, participants have the opportunity to discuss training topics, develop ideas, and network during an instructor day.
