Apprenticeship Office Administrator and Finance & Accounting Assistant

Profound knowledge in the field of finance is what you’ll acquire in our Educational Programmes. Alongside the Young Generation Program, we support young talents after their internship in their education and training as a financial and certified Management Accountant.

Your tasks as an Apprentice in Finance & Controlling include

  • secure system management 
  • regular incoming and outgoing communication

Accountant

In this position, your main tasks include processing the incoming and outgoing invoices as well as their correct booking. A pronounced understanding of numbers, good English skills and a high level of know-how in the area of EDP (SAP and Excel) are prerequisites. That’s what makes working in an international environment fun. 

Your tasks as an Accountant include

  • administration of payments, reminders and receivables
  • handling of invoices and reminders 
  • communication with hauliers and colleagues 
  • credit limit checks
  • annual balance of accounts 
  • communication with fiscal authorities 

Controller

As a controller, you’re responsible for supplying precise and accurate numbers to the various departments. Result- and business-oriented thinking are prerequisites. 

Your tasks as a Controller include

  • coordination and implementation of planning and budgeting 
  • monthly cost calculation and control 
  • participation in creating forecasts, securing of monthly settlements
  • creation of deferrals and accruals 
  • process optimisation 
  • reporting and ensuring the controlling-relevant information flow
