Bad Neustadt / Strasswalchen, 17. August 2023. The green light for the transaction agreed at the beginning of May: the antitrust authorities have approved the takeover of 66 percent of the shares in Quehenberger Logistics (Augustin Quehenberger Group GmbH) by the Geis Group.
"We are pleased that the largest acquisition in our company's history has now officially been completed. Now we're going to really get started and bring our teams together to get to know each other and discuss common projects."
